Its up to you dude. If you feel Reyes can stay healthy and you are able to replace wright at 3b, then go ahead with this.

You say it's 8x7.... what are the categories? Stephen Drew is a great SS in most leagues, not sure why you'd feel pressed to upgrade. It's not a bad trade... getting Kershaw is awesome, but the settings really matter because if they favor certain types of player it makes the trade look a lot different.

The offensive categories are as follows:
runs, doubles, home runs, rbi's, stolen bases, total bases, average and OPS

I would do this trade. You will have Longoria at some point and Kershaw trumps Bucholz. Reyes stays healthy, would make this really sweet.... SS is a weak position. And if Drew and Reyes stay healthy you are set!
