Pavano or Harden of Cliff Lee??

i have santana colon w.miller affeldt peavy harden in my lineup right now... and pavano and lee are one WW.
some other WW pitchers are oliver meche ishii.
would you drop harden for any of these?

I would drop him for Lee or Pavano.

Personally I'd keep Harden. Cliff Lee would be next choice, but Harden getting sent down to the minors for a spell doesn't concern me. He needs a little work, for sure. I'm keeping him. Too early to bail on one of the brightest young pitching prospects.

Given the A's penchant for developing nice young arms, I'd give them the benefit of the doubt over Lee at this point. I like Lee too though.

You know what you get with Ishii, and that is a terrible WHIP. I wouldn't touch him. Pavano doesn't do much for me. He is decent, but not huge upside with Pavano. Harden and Lee still have a very high ceiling for potential.

Ive just picked up Valverde and dropped Harden. Am I really stupid?

Nope, I don't think a guy being sent to the minors is a real hot commodity right now. I might do the same if Valverde was available in the league(s) I own Harden in.

Most likely, you will be able to grab Harden when he gets the call-up if you still want him.

I wouldn't fret over it even if Harden does get claimed by someone. There is no guarantee he is going to do jack this year.
