Whats your opinion on Francisco Liriano? Keep/trade/package?

Postby lefthandedforlife » Mon Apr 25, 2011 11:40 pm

I feel like I've got my pitching rotation pretty stable. Liriano is the only guy I am still wondering about. I know he is highly regarded and is reasonably ranked in most rankings but looking at high stats he seems to have some pretty bad off years.

Whats your opinion? How long should I hold on to him before cutting him loose?

NOTE: His starts tomorrow against TB.

I certainly wouldn't cut him anytime soon. If you deal him, you'll be selling low, so I think the best option is to hold firm and hope he turns things around. I'm optimistic that he will in fact do that.
