Someone just dropped Dempster. I feel like I should add him. I am struggling to figure out who to drop to pick him up.

If you don't keep very many players, I'd dump Freeman. In a 12 team league he's basically replacement level at 1B, and he's mostly going to ride the pine on your team anyway.
Agreed... I'd drop Freeman as well or if your fond of him then I'd dump Harang for sure. This guy has been garbage for years and this charade will soon come to an end... don't let it happen w/him on your roster. Dempster will get it together, w/3 solid seasons as a starter I highly doubt that the bottom just fell out.
I think I would rather have Harang over Dempster. Harang pitches many of his games in one of the best pitchers parks, even if just used at home he is really valuable. even if you don't trust the numbers Harang is putting up, I'm sure you could trade him for something better that what is on waivers. with the numbers Harang has, there is no way he should be dropped. he was a mess in the last 2 years with Cincinnati but before Dusty Baker messed him up he was really good. as for who to drop, i think I have to agree on Freeman.
Freeman seems like the logical choice to me as well. If he's just sitting on your bench he's not putting up stats and helping you except on Mon/Thurs when you sub him in. A decent pitcher like Dempster is more valuable.
