Is Sizemore for Real?

Just got a trade request, Ellsbury for Sizemore and Jeremy Hellickson. Would me taking the trade be buying Sizemore high? Ellsbury's been off and on this year, so he's not without concerns. I could see both of them putting up good across the board numbers. Hellickson's a decent throw in for K's and "youth potential."
