Appreciate any input -- you guys are great!
I have the following closers and usually start 2 closers out of 9 possible pitchers for standard roto format wins, saves, era and whip:
J. Hanrahan
M. Thornton
J. Contreras
On the wire:
Ryan Madson
Brandon League
Kyle Farnsworth
Drew Storen
Brian Fuentes
Mitchell Boggs
Should I drop Thornton? I also have two SPs on the bench as well that I could drop for another closer...
Thinking about the rest of the season as much as the next couple weeks…
I have Arroyo and Garza on the bench and start the following SPs... Any room for improvement from the wire? Guys like Beachy and Britton are out there.
Billingsley
Hamels
Kuroda
Chacin
Latos
Oswalt
Zimmermann
CJ Wilson

I wish I was in your league, I mean mine is a 10 man roto keeper and most teams have 4 closers (including mine :p)
None of those are available, I highly suggest grabbing a few in this order:
Mitchell Boggs
Drew Storen
Ryan Madson
Kyle Farnsworth

Thanks Timaxman... Would you drop Thornton or Contreras to get Boggs and Storen? Or start by dropping Arroyo and Garza to pick them up?

Contreras just hit the DL, so he should be the obvious drop. Thornton will still be picking up some saves here and there and could win the job back at some point anyway. Drop Contreras and pick up Madson.

Oh, and absolutely do not drop Garza! His peripherals have been outstanding and his other numbers should improve. He's a much better option than anything available on the wire.

I'd drop Contreras and Thornton for any of those closers. I can't believe how many are on your WW!! I feel like I'm scrounging for closers haha
