14 team, 25 man roster, whats a good IP minimun for a week, we go by averages so you dont want it too low, so people just pitch their aces, but not too high & screw people out of points

40 too high ? is 30 safe ?

It depends on how many pitchers each team has but 30 should be safe.

My league has a 5 SP rotation so I think 30 is definetly sfae. all each has to do is go 6 min (without closers Inning couting).

My ten team league that averages about 7 starters a team has gone with 35 over the past five seasons, and everyone seems to be fine with it.
