I picked up McCarthy before his last start even, so I would definitely say him #1. A major reason for this is their home ballpark too, its a huge plus. Then I would go with Richard (looks solid right now and also the ballpark helps a lot - not in line for too many wins though), Tomlin (something just seems right for this guy), Dice-K (very risky but solid upside) and then Norris (just can't convince myself on him).
Really tough because dice-k can be lights out. I personally like tomlin the best if you're looking for wins and qs. Bud norris is a sleeper strikeout guy but he is on the astros. It seems that your choice is between dice-k and mccarthy, so id go with dice and take the chance.
