I'm really tempted to accept the offer. I have depth at 1B on the off chance Morneau does not work out.

It completely depends on what your team looks like, but at first glance I'd say no. Cabrera is the best player in this deal. However if you have a great offense and are looking to balance it out with some pitching, it might make sense.
