fwiw, he was on a 60 pitch count going into the game. He was throwing easy and not getting into trouble, so he got stretched a little more.
hopefully once he gets up to 100 or so we will see what he can be. I just wish we had someone who could mix in a hit with risp, cause Luebke will get 0 wins going 5 innings at a time
does he keep his spot when Harang is ready to come off the DL? i could see them trading Harang at some point but if not would Luebke push anyone else out?

well he hasn't allowed a run yet as a starter, and i remember Hoyer saying a few weeks back that once he moves into the rotation, he will be there to stay .... so ... i dont know. My guess is Moseley gets moved to long relief .. but its just a guess.

Shouldn't make a difference short term with Richard going on the DL.
--LHP Cory Luebke is learning what it’s like to be a Padres starter. In three starts, Luebke has allowed two runs on eight hits and three walks over 17 innings with 21 strikeouts. What does he have to show for his 1.06 ERA? One win, one loss. The Padres scored a total of two runs when he was working. http://www.signonsandiego.com/news/2011 ... s-come-no/
