Offered Rios and T Hanson for my J. Upton...whats my counter

I've been offered Rios and T. Hanson for my J. Upton. He needs some power and is offering his two guys with the slowest starts. I could use ERA and WHIP help and am relatively weak in HR myself.

Its hard to see what you need without your roster.
Im not a huge fan of Hanson. He tends to be up and down. When he's good, he's really good, and when he's bad, he's really bad. Great for K's though.
A "good" Rios, and a "good" Hanson is just barely worth enough for Upton, IMO. So a slumping Rios and Hanson, no way. Especially Rios. He looks totally lost. I can see revision of 2009 for him, when he was horrible
