Is CarGo and Oswalt for CC and Brandon Phillips too much?

Currently in a 12 Team H2H Points league with one keeper (Players eligible if drafted in 6th round or later). Pretty standard scoring but we do get negative points for batters striking out (-5), being caught stealing (-1). As for pitchers, Wins (7), Losses (-7), Saves (4), Blown Saves (-4), Walks (-.5), Earned Runs Allowed (-1), Outs (.5), Quality Starts (2). I'm thinking of making this move. I would love another ACE and I'm also thinking about making a move for a 2B. My roster currently looks like:

C: Carlos Santana
1B: Joey Votto
2B: Gordon Beckham
3B: Casey McGehee
SS: Stephen Drew
OF: Carlos Gonzalez
OF: Jose Bautista
OF: Andrew McCutchen
U: Colby Rasmus
Reserves: Yunel Escobar, David Freese

SP: Jered Weaver
SP: Roy Oswalt
SP: Shaun Marcum
SP: Max Scherzer
SP: Jaime Garcia
SP: Edwin Jackson
SP: Travis Wood
SP: Jhoulys Chacin
SP: Jeremy Hellickson
SP: Kyle McClellan
RP: Carlos Marmol

Thanks!

From a talent point of view, you are giving up too much. Oswalt is at least just as good (if not better than) as CC. So you wouldnt be gaining a thing in the pitcher category.
You could certainly use an upgrade at 2B but Cargo is way too much for Phillips
