Bailey and Hart coming off of the DL f/a. Who 2 grab?

Postby theblemishedone » Sat Apr 23, 2011 11:58 pm

Ok, I wanna beef up my lineup. They've been consistent, but after this weekend, I'll be 1-2. Bailey and Hart will be coming off of the DL this week, are both on the w/w and I need some opinions to who to grab (I can swing both) and who to drop. I am in a 12 team H2H league, non-keeper, everything counts except AVG. WHIP and ERA.

(I have no catcher; I dropped Conger to grab Garland's 2 start week and V-Mart is injured. I can always grab a solid catcher off of the w/w)

Here's my current lineup:

C
1B Ike Davis
2B Gordon Beckham
3B Pablo Sandoval
SS Stephen Drew
OF Ichiro Suzuki
OF Jayson Werth
OF Torii Hunter
UTIL David Ortiz
Bench Evan Longoria
Bench Victor Martinez
Bench Kendrys Morales
PITCHERS
P Matt Cain
P Brian Wilson
P Clay Buchholz
P Travis Wood
P Brandon Morrow
P Carlos Carrasco
P Mitchell Boggs
Bench Kyle Drabek
Bench Alexi Ogando
Bench Justin Masterson
Bench Jon Garland

Leave a link and I'll help out as best as I can! Thanks!

Thanks! I am leaning towards this one IMO.

I am @ my w/w limit for the week and start over tomorrow after the first game starts, so I'll hopefully grab him as a F/A.

Thanks for the reply!

LOL! Yeah, I know. I like Werth more than I like Hunter, and Werth will benefit when Zimm gets back in the lineup.

Dunno what Morales will do once he gets back, but the Halos won't benefit nearly as well as the Brewers will when Hart gets back.

Thanks for the reply on mine (viewtopic.php?t=428380) Def get Hart! He has no business being on the w/w. I'd drop either Hunter or Ortiz. Or package them together and see if you can get a 2-for-1 upgrade, then pick up Hart.
