Pence/Cain too much for Holliday? WHIR

Postby ryetoast93 » Sat Apr 23, 2011 9:45 pm

I am in a position to trade Hunter Pence and Matt Cain for Matt Holliday. I'm just wondering if this is too much to pay for Holliday, because though he is consistent, he is not putting up monster numbers overall. Cain is a WHIP beast, and Pence has a very good chance of going 25/25. Feedback?? Be sure to leave your links.

Not sure I would do this. Your league is only 8 teams but you play so many positions that I would rather have the depth then the better player in Holliday and if you believe that Pence will be a 25/25 guy than Holliday really isn't that much better.
