H2H 5x5 Keeper League (8 players), league utilizes a MI OF and CI in addition to normal spots.

I was offered:
My J Werth OF
My J Lowrie SS

For:
His J Upton OF

Is this a fair deal? I'm obviously selling low on Werth, as I think he will rebound. Though I don't see him being as valuable as Upton in a keeper league (maybe they post similar stats for THIS year, but Upton is better beyond IMO). Problem is valuing Lowrie... He is obviously hitting the ball well, too well. But he qualifies as a SS/2B/3B (soon to be) and hits in a good spot in a top lineup. Am I giving up too much here?

The other team could certainly use Lowrie; he has holes in both 2B/SS/MI as well as CI. I have plenty of 2B/3B and a better SS currently. Is this a fair deal? Is he ripping me off or vice-versa?

i cant say its a terrible trade jed lowrie goes back to real life he is 27 yrs old and ona contract year it really comes down to if you beleive jed lowrie is gonna keep anything close to this up for the long haul if not then pull the trigger ina keeper league i think justin upton hits as much power also is way faster and will steal bases and its not like ur trading a non strike out guy for justin upton jason werth STRIKES OUT alot also and since ur not even playing jed as of today.... so you wont be missing anything ur team isnt already doing

I think its a pretty decent trade Id actually prefer to keep Werth and Lowrie, I know Lowrie not likely to keep this pace but hes ina good situation in a good line up and has a hot bat so I think he produces for most of the year... But Fantasy wise I like upton more. So It depends what you want.. are you more concerned bout winning this year or future?

Lowrie is a complete gamble. I like Werth over JUP. So if you make this trade, you are taking a gamble, and gambling with your best players is the best way to lose your league.
