Help me with my OF and Pitching, Week 4!

Hi, I need your help!
Outfield has been kinda weak, always making changes.
B. Gardner (7gms)
J. Franceour (hot streak waiver pick up)
Ryan Raburn (heating up)
V. Wells (heating up)
C. Hart (off DL possibly tuesday)

think i might roll with Franc, V Wells and Raburn. Don't know if that's dumb, considering gardners 7 gms, and Hart possibly playing 6 (though I doubt it). Wells is always potentially a total bust every week. So, i don't know man!

also, I have one pitcher spot, possibly two. Might try to pick of Rauch who might be available.
these are my options for this one spot (not the best options)
Dice-K, M. Bumgarner, J. Happ, T. Wood
i also might try to pick up Arieta, Chen or Rauch to fill the spot for this week. All are one start, decent matchups. But I have E. Jackson going @ the Yankees/Sabathia, so I might want you to choose two of the best choices, because Jackson might be a sit.
