Ryan Roberts was cut a few days ago in my league and will clear waivers tomorrow...I have K Johnson and I'm considering cutting ties but I admittedly don't know much about Roberts. Numbers look good so far...an aberration or could he keep this up?

johnson is on pace for a 20/20 20/30 type season?? why are you cutting him? cus he had a bad BA in April?

I'm not saying to go drop him, but hear me out.

Most players had him projected for roughly .315-.325/110-115/40-45/115-125/10-15

He's on pace for: .265/95/25/90/11

What do people think is a realistic finishing line? .315/110/40/115/10 or .290/100/30/100/15.

One scenario he still winds up a top 5 finisher, one scenario he ends as roughly a 3rd rounder...I'd like to hear people's thoughts. I'm not advocating dealing him, just looking to start a discussion. If the consensus is that he will still finish a top 5 player then it obviously won't be much of a discussion...

Just look at his career stats and you be the judge. Sure he could have figured something out but most likely he wont' be starting full time come the end of the season and won't be on very many if any fantasy teams.

even if he does somehow manage to keep the starting job it doesn't mean hes necessarily fantasy relevant.
i mean there are 30 starting 2B in baseball... in normal formats you dont want even half of those guys of on your fantasy team do you?

Pretty worried about most my team this year lol..Hanley, Zimmerman, Heyward, Morneau, never had a team start off this slow.
