David Riske/Franciso Cordero...who to drop?

I need to drop one to pick up Jose Contreras. I already have Gagne and Hoffman, and feel the need to add some more wins to my rotation. I'm leaning towards dropping Riske, but I'm a bit lost and could use some helpful advice

Drop Riske, if only because Cordero is virtually gaurenteed the job all year long whereas Riske is not.

If you really have to drop one of those two, I'd drop Riske.

Zimmerman is scheduled to have exploratory surgery and they are unsure when/if he will make yet another comeback. Cordero is locked and loaded as the closer in Texas and there's no one else in the pen that can do the job.

Maybe drop a bench hitter instead?

On my bench I have Richard Hidalgo and Torii Hunter...I'd like to keep both of them. I do have Rafael Soriano in middle relief at the moment, and I could drop him, but something tells me he may prove extremely valuable for appearances, era, and whip.

I would also keep the three and look for one of the back up hitters you might be able to let go of..

Riske has to many ex-closers in the bull pen..Jiminez, and Stewart..If Riske fails..as an Indian fan I hope he does not..there are other in line to take his spot..

But if you have to drop one..I too would dop Riske..Contreras will be a good pick up who ever you drop...Kinda surprised he is even on the WW..

Riske wouldn't be much of a drop off in era, and his whip last year was under 1 too, plus he could end up picking up 30 saves.

If you feel you dont need the extra saves then trade him for something you do need...never throw saves away!..they always have value as long as they close

OK, then how about this: who to drop--Hidalgo or Hunter?? I feel I've got plenty of pop in my lineup, and I'd use Carl Crawford as my UTIL most of the time....I really want Contreras

I'd drop Soriano. If you just can't bring yourself to cut him, then drop Hunter. Click the "drop" button next to Soriano though.
