I Need Saves

In a 15 team league. Tied for 3rd to last place in Saves. Our league counts holds so alot of the set up guys are already on teams as well. We have a $10 budget for free agent pick ups with a minumum bid of .10. I would drop a useless player at this time so that wouldnt matter. Should I try to pick up Michell Boggs or is there someone else I should think about?

Boggs looks like the man in StL at this point, but it's still a murky situation. Eduardo Sanchez has some filthy, filthy stuff and has started the year very well. You've got Motte and Batista to worry about as well. Still, if you're hurting for saves, Boggs is worth a pickup especially if you're dropping a "worthless" player.

For a deep league like that, I would say every current closer should be picked up even though there is a tough competition at the bullpen
