For those leagues where 5 appearances are required for position eligibility (e.g. - my CBS league), Michael Young is just 1 appearance away from getting his 2B eligibility. Michael Young with 2B eligibility...ahhhhh those were the days.
While dude isn't what he used to be, he's still solid and it could be huge for people (like myself) who waited late on 2B/MI. Picked up Lowrie Sunday and traded for Young last night...suddenly I have some decent options up the middle.

I had him bumped up in my rankings a bit because he'll likely have 1B/2B/SS/3B elig by the end of the season.
Also of note: Michael Cuddyer also has 4 starts at 2B this season and should be gaining that elig also. Like Young he's no world beater, but mediocre OF stats are actually pretty solid stats for a MI.
