Cai9n is buy low right now because of his last start...i dont know for sure but my gut says to go for cain...closers change like socks...A quality starter is hard to get...and yes, your depth of starters are a little shaky...i see 3 good ones and the rest Cain makes the cut for the 4th at the absolute worse scenario,,,
i would do it and pick up a RP when its done as a closer wish list
hope that helps

It is a very fair deal. However I think you will be missing Feliz' saves. If you could I would do the Danks deal instead.

If you are in a WHIP/ERA league, then I would do it. If not, then I'd still do it.
Cain is still a monster, despite giving up 6R to a stacked Colorado field @ Colorado. He also proved that despite that outing, he could benefit from SO's (6 K's).
Your bullpen is plenty strong and I will assume there are other relief guys on your w/w.

I would make this trade. Just keep an eye out for potential closers on the WW and you'll be in good shape.
