First Shot at Fantasy Baseball

So this is my first time ever to give Fantasy Baseball (and fantasy sports in general) a try, I'm having tons of fun with it so far but I was wondering if ya'll could give me any advice on my team. The league is a 10 man, Head-to-Head scoring league with the following points;

Unless you know something I don't about sanches, FLA closer role is set for a while, and lidge just needs to go. Lind you could replace with hafner, jeter with lowrie, headly with betemit, and assuming it isn't a keeper league, try and move mauer for a good first baseman, berkman, konerko, or better yet posey if you can manage. People overvalue mauer in general and seeing as you have one of the best hitting catchers starting already, you can use mauer to improve you elsewhere.

Yes yes and yes. You can easily replace those 2 off the Free agent market.
