I'm glad I have four other 3Bs to play instead of him, but is anyone else concerned?

He's lucky Wiggy and Lopez haven't exactly made their case to start everyday, but with Jonathan Herrera playing well, it's more trouble for Stewart. Maybe he's not 100%, maybe he is still in Spring Training. Can't trade him, can't drop him. :~(

Without the 2B elig he used to have, I think you can drop him. Unless we're talking a 16 team league or something.

Especially since you have other options at 3B.

Per RotoWorld

Rockies optioned 3B Ian Stewart to Triple-A Colorado Springs.
The Rockies aren't messing around. Stewart missed most of spring training due to injury and was batting just .077 with a 11/2 K/BB ratio over his first 26 at-bats this season, so he'll try to find his swing in the minors. Feel free to drop him in mixed leagues. Ty Wigginton and Jose Lopez haven't been much better so far this season, but they'll see most of the playing time at third base.

ahahahaa cant believe they sent Stewie down! im a diehard giants fan, but thats one of the things i love about the rockies - they dont F around!

wish the giants wouldve taken the same approach with Belt. looks very likely hes going down soon, but shouldve happened over a week ago. his bat has been awful and was hurting the team, and having him sit on the bench is without a doubt the worst thing for his development.
