Trade Haren and who for Crawford and Youk. WHIR

I was thinking of targeting Crawford and Youk. I am solid at SP and think I can find fill ins later in the season. I have a good team but am looking to improve. I just worry about hurting my SP too much. Haren has been great so I am unsure. I could through in

12 team, h2h, 3 man keeper

We start all 9 positions plus one util. We have to pitch 39 innings per week

SP: Lester, Hamels, Cain, Haren, Shields, Chacin (RP), McClellan
RP: Nathan, Putz, Hanrahan,Walden, Marshall

I'd offer up Hamels and Gordon instead of Haren. However, when Longoria comes off the D/L, i don't see a spot for Youk on your roster. With that said, you might just offer Hamels for Crawford straight up before (and if) Crawford returns to form.

I have a util spot I can put Youk in once Longo is back. I could also drop gardner for someone to fill a hole. I am not sure if I am asking for too much but with Haren's history this is as high as he will ever be. He struggles in the second half. I know last year was different but think he will have to regress a littile bit.
