Are these good starts?

Volquez is scratched for tomorrow. I have 2 starts left for the week. In a H2H Points league. Standard ESPN point system (W=10 L = -5 ER = -1 Hits = -1 Walks =-1 K = 1 IP = 3 etc)

I have Myers at home against San Diego (Clayton Richard 1-0 2.45 ERA). Richard is off to a good start got a win @ STL and only gave up 1 ER on 5 hits against Cinci over 7.2 IP for a ND.

and...

Chris Carpenter @ LAD (Chad Billingsley) Billingsley is averaging 4 ER per outing so far. Weak fantasy win and 2 non quality starts.

you guys think this is good enough?

Jeff Francis KAN vs SEA (Pineda)
Mitch Talbot CLE vs BAL (Bergesen)

Nothing else really worth mentioning...
Livan against MIL sounds bad
Brad Penny against Cahill sounds bad
Maybe Buerhle vs LAA? But it's against Haren.

FYI, I heard that Volquez is just being pushed back to Sunday rather than scratched altogether, so you may still have him this week. Myers is a no-brainer - he's been great this year and the Padres' offense is weak, to put it nicely. Carpenter isn't quite a no-brainer but he's close. He's off to a bit of a rocky start and @Dodgers isn't a great matchup, but he's still an ace, and I'll doubt he'll get completely shelled like he did last time. He's a far better option than either Francis or Talbot, who I would steer clear of, unless you feel like rolling the dice that Francis keeps it up against the Mariners, but Pineda is on fire so don't expect a win.
