Which Pitchers - WHIR

Ok in my league I can start 7 pitchers. There can be any combo of RP and SP. Here are my options

B Wilson RP
J Soria RP
C Marmol RP
J Valverde RP
H Bell RP
R Oswalt SP
S Marcum SP
T Hanson SP

Here are the stats for my league. Basically trying to figure how to set my lineup each week. I am thinking if all my SP have one start i'd take one off based on match up. But it they all have two starts I would keep them all three if they all had favorable matchups. Any thoughts
