Youre talking about switching the top SS and 2B with someone, and you want to throw in a pitcher too? Get a pitcher of theirs and the trade may reveal more value to one side or the other, but I really dont see this being a good trade, its merely a switch that opens up your team to add another pitcher from the FA pool. HanRam IS the top SS, and projecting injuries (Kinsler) isnt always science (Pedroia last yr). I like HanRam and Kinsler better, but would be happy with Tulo and Pedroia, ecstatic in fact. If you dont like Zimmerman and have a preference for Col or Boston, do it. If not, why would you?
I agree with the above poster, I don't like this deal... you're giving up Zimmerman for nothing...
Unless Pineda or Matusz or someone with great potential in the FA, this deal is basically just giving up Zimmerman for you.
You take out Zimmerman in that trade and the trade is a toss up, its whether your a Marlins/Rangers fan or a Rockies/RedSox fan....
in HanRam you've got the best SS in the majors (given he's had a slower started then expected but still very early in the season) in Kinsler you've got a great 2B but really are you upgrading (or downgrading for that matter) for Pedroia? I don't like Yahoo rankings in general but even Yahoo thinks its even Kinsler ranked at 28 and Pedroia at 26.

if hanram and tulo are a wash, which based on the past 2 years is NOT accurate (hanley is hands down better, even if not by much), then you're trading kinsler for pedroia. if kinsler stays healthy, he will be the top 2b in baseball. yes, ahead of cano. big IF, but he will win leagues. pedroia is very solid all around but i wouldn't trade kinlser for him.
