I actually think with weeks' hot start and last year's monster season, you might do better than latos. try packaging him with a lesser P for, say, ubaldo or the slow starting lester, who'll come around.

I don't like this deal for you at all. Fine to trade weeks, but not for Latos. Latos had a HUGE IP jump from 09-10 and was ALREADY on the DL this year. too many warning signs for me. I would try and trade weeks for a different SP that is more reliable and has more than one good year under his belt.

Yeah with the amount of IP on Latos' arm last year and the injury he had at the beginning of this year, he'd be someone I'd avoid.
