I would trade: Anderson & Bourn

Is this a good trade? I also have Ellsbury and Ichiro on my team (for steals)
I would also need to drop someone. It would be between Rauch, Soriano and Wood (but could be a good $1 keeper) and then Infante (but he is my only offensive guy on my bench).
