Please rate my team

Okay so this team is in an mlb.com H2H league.
My starters for this week are:

C Victor Martinez
1B Justin Morneau
2B Gordon Beckham
3B Willie Bloomquist
SS Starlin Castro
OF Juan Pierre
OF Jose Bautista
OF Andre Ethier
U David Ortiz
P Milwaukee Brewers

And on my bench I have

SS Hanley Ramirez
1B Adam LaRoche
OF Jonny Gomes
3B Jose Lopez
C J.P. Arencibia
P White Sox

Notes: I have Gomes sitting on my bench because I just picked him up, and I'm leaving Hanley Ramirez there until he starts getting hot. Also my league only allows you to pick up entire pitch staffs, not just individual pitchers. Do you guys have any ideas about players I should start next week, or serious deficiencies I should address (I feel like my biggest issues is at first base). Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

How is Morneau your biggest deficiency?

I'd say 3B and OF (in that order) are your weakest. Never ride out a player's entire hot run. Guys like Bloomquist are NOT going to perform this way all season. Take advantage of the fact that, for whatever reason, he has believers, and trade him with Gomes (another hot starter) to get an upgrade at 3B. Once Hanley starts hitting, you could then use Castro as bait for an upgrade in the outfield.

Good luck! ;-D

I'm thinking about upgrading my pitching staff. Who would you rank as your top 5 pitching staffs this season?

I also revamped my team a bit. I moved Jose Bautista to 3rd base, traded away Bloomquist and Gomes for Chris Young and I picked up Logan Morrison and Lance Berkman. My starting lineup now looks like this:

C Victor Martinez
1B Lance Berkman
2B Gordon Beckham
3B Jose Bautista
SS Starlin Castro
OF Logan Morrison
OF Chris Young
OF Andre Ethier
U David Ortiz
P Milwaukee Brewers
