Keeper or no? If you're looking to win this year and have decent pitching Berkman would be the best option IMO
well.. it is a keeper, but I wouldn't be keeping heyward anyways. (Pujols, Fielder, Longoria, Kershaw). My only real fear is that Lance Berkaman's old ass will break down at playoff time..

ok well Berkman as is gives you a huge boost over Heyward because he really hasn't done much. If you are trying to win this year and have no plans on keeping Heyward I'd take the risk on Berkman and see where it takes you
Anyone else having a hard time selling Lance Lynn? I'm looking to cash in, and I've had 3 people reject a fair offer, all of them citing "He's going back to the bullpen when Carpenter comes back".

It's possible that he could. It'd be difficult, given how he's pitching, but IIRC I read that it was a definite possibility once Carp returns from the DL. You also have to understand that 'fair offer' is a subjective term. A lot of times guys cite 'fair offers' as trading overachieving player on value of current production for player whose expected production is equal to that. To the other owner, that's certainly not 'fair' seeming. These other owners may not want him for the same exact reason you're trying so hard to deal him. Think about it that way. Good luck.
