Should I trade away Stanton in a Dynasty League

I have to admit it was not love at first sight but as time has passed, I have grown to love Stanton. I really do think that he has enormous potential and will avoid turning into a Mark Reynolds (YUCK!).

Anyways, I've been offered a trade that might not give me the best player in the trade but it does give a solid prospect in return and 2 pitchers that could possibly help me achieve first place in standings this year. I came 2nd in standings last year to a team that is just monstrous, I'm in a 14 Team Dynasty league with standard 5x5 categories. So far this year, my team isn't doing so badly in the batting (although SBs are a weakness) but my pitching is terrible.

The trade goes like this:

Domonic Brown

What do you think? Is it worth it to trade Mike Stanton?

Ehhh, I don't like that trade. Stanton is MASSIVE potential and I do not believe he will become a Mark Reynolds. Plus it seems like you have a connection/partiality towards Stanton, therefore I feel like you will regret making that trade as soon as you make it. Personally, I would not make the trade.

P.S. - Please take a look at my thread and let me know your opinion on these two trades that were made in my league.

I actually went through the trade as I felt it would help me do better this season.

I then went on to trade Oswalt, Webb, and Lars Anderson (from minors) for Carlos Santana.

So the team looks like this now:

Would anybody else just let me know how I did in their opinion? Would you do the same trade in a similar situation? What sort of a player do you expect Domonic brown to be (especially in terms of his batting)?
