Chris Young, Josh Tomlin, Esmil Rogers etc. Get or not?

Here is a list of pitchers below that I am considering for Erik Bedard. The three that I am interested in so far is Chris Young, Josh Tomlin and Esmil Rogers, if there is somebody else you think I can drop as well so maybe I can pick up two pitchers that would be great as well.
