I am in a deep 15 team league....and trying to score some early Waiver wire options that might pay off for me down the road. We start 8 pitchers a week, (Starters or Relievers) I would be DL U.Jimenez (COL)
SP - C.Morton (PIT) - I still think he has promise, but second start of the season and he has produced 5+ walks again. Maybe he finally figures it out? SP - A.Harang (SD) - once apon a time this guy won 16 games back to back seasons. Re-Birth @ Petco? nice pitchers park SP - C.Narveson (MIL) - really like this guy, (sleeper) maybe gets 12-15 wins, and doesn't face many studs with Grienke/Gallardo/Marcum ahead of him. SP - C.Young (NYM) - similar to Harang, but injury concerns are there....plus he is in the NL-EAST (Braves and Phillies matchups) SP - J.Arrieta (BAL) - Orioles are flying, and he is a young option on a promising club. SP - M.Leake (CIN) - might be a numbers game with Cueto do back soon. SP - K.Corriea (PIT) - another Bucco on the list, but has started the season 2-0.
MY CURRENT PITCHING STAFF: P - U.Jimenez (COL) P - Y.Gallardo (MIL) P - R.Oswalt (PHI) P - T.Hudson (ATL) P - M.Latos (SD) P - B.Arroyo (CIN) P - J.Hanrahan (PIT) P - D.Bard (BOS) BENCH: P - R.Porcello (DET) P - J.McDonald (PIT) P - J.Litsch (TOR)
AFter what Narveson did to my Braves and what he did today to the Cubs, he's looking like a legit option. He's in a weaker division, and your logic about him not facing many "aces" seems smart. Arrieta looked really good too. Good for the O's... might have a contending team.

Harang is one of my favorite pitching sleepers this year because of what you said. He battled injuries last year and should be healthy this year in a pitchers paradise. Narverson and Correia look okay also.
