Question about Yahoo Waiver Priority

I am a bit confused about my H2H 12-man Waiver Priority (Yahoo). I've just claimed a player that has been put on waivers, and have noticed that according to the league statistics, I am #12 under "waivers." I am assuming that this means that every other player in the league has priority over me when it comes to adding this player? Is this true?

That is true. You had the first pick in the draft or already claimed someone off waivers. Everytime someone uses a waiver they are put to the end of the line. The initial order is usually the reverse of the draft order.
