Morse for R. Martin?

Postby Devil Doc » Fri Apr 08, 2011 8:32 am

I read a lot on Morse prior to the draft, along with a huge spring (against pitchers who are probably bagging grocieries right now), he just hasn't come around like I thought he would. Granted, its only been a week into the season, but with Martin still on the WW, I think its time to let the guy go.

My other C is Weiters, and my other OF's are Ichiro, Gardner, Ellsbury, Raburn.

Any thoughts?

Do you need another C? If not then I would give Morse a little more time. You can get a guy like Martin off the WW all year long.

thanks for the help...

I don't need another C, i just remember this guy almost being a "must have" a few years ago.

I guess I just have to have a bit more patience...thanks again!

Stick with Morse... there's no reason to grab a second catcher.

I agree with the others...no need to go rushing into adding another C when you already have a decent one...If anything, you hang onto both Morse and Raburn and watch the WW for any shakeups as you could use consistent help in the OF.

hope that helps...

help please?
