Someone in my league protested the trade (it was not me) and it is the following:
Y.Gallardo, D.Ortiz & S.Burnett for C.Granderson, A.Torres & I.Davis.
Thoughts?

How do you figure that this is fair?

Reason I say that is because people in the league are stating that the owner getting Gallardo/Ortiz/Burnett is getting the better end by far and that it is a horrible trade...

I wasn't saying that it is a perfect trade, but I don't see how it could get vetoed or denied. I have seen worse.

Ortiz is still questionable.
Burnett is now the closer, may lose the job by May or June.
Gallardo is an ace pitcher.
Granderson is solid.
Davis is on the upswing.
Torres can produce, and is starting.
I'd probably still take the Ortiz/Burnett/Gallardo side, but it is not vetoable.
Help with mine?

Its a pretty ugly trade in my opinion, but if it was accepted, I say let it go through.
