Already getting annoyed with Raburn playing every other game and it's hard to ignore a guy that is going to have 2B/3B eligibility soon that now gets to call Coors home in a stacked lineup. Would you drop Raburn for Lopez to play at your U? I am definitely considering it, I don't think Lopez will be on the wire much longer.
12 Team H2H here is my team:
C - Posada 1B - Youkkk 2B - Dustin Pedroia SS - Alexei Ramirez 3B - Michael Young OF - Ryan Braun, Jayson Werth, Mike Stanton U - Ryan Raburn BN - Andres Torres DL - Kendry Morales
SP - Cain, Billingsley, Wandy, Kuroda, CJ Wilson, T. Wood, Ian Kennedy, Bedard, Brandon Beachy RP - Thornton, Hanrahan, Contreras
I'd stick with Raburn. I have him in one league as well and get frustrated with the inconsistent playing time, but as soon as he finds his stroke I don't see that being a huge issue. As for Lopez, he's been a pleasant surprise so far, but I don't know if he keeps it up; I also wouldn't count on him getting 3B eligibility all that soon.
I doubt Rayburn will see consistent time this season, unless Magglio sits for an extended period of time, or V-Mart becomes the full time catcher. Boesch can crush the ball, and he'll always be an enticing guy to put in the lineup when the Tigers need offense, at least for the first half of the season.
I'm not cutting bait on Raburn just yet, but my confidence in him getting consistent playing time is waning. If he can get into a groove, his time should be secure as he can hit well, but it's hard to get cooking when you're sitting on the bench.
