Is it time to boot this guy?

Got a buddy of mine that won our league 3 years ago, however the past few years he has been lacking as an owner! This year he has started off horribly, I am pretty strict with our league. I want you active, making moves when needed, but more imporantly not bringing us down!

The guy drafted Ryan Braun.....the RP from LAA on accident and still has him rostered. He has missed starts on the mound, has and is leaving guys on the bench during off days when they could be slotted in... My biggest concern at this point is that if I dont boot him or he doesnt start making a move then it will be hard to replace him with anyone who wants a team this bad.

Just want some feedback or ideas on the best way to deal with this type of owner!

I'd drop him. It seems obvious that he doesn't care about your league and you should find someone who does.

You should give him a warning before you boot him - give him a chance to improve before you toss him.

If he doesn't get more active, boot him - though you'd better be pretty sure his replacement is an improvement! Not sure how you find replacement owners...

If he's your friend, then go have a talk with him before booting him. If it's obvious that he has lost interest, then boot him.

Had this problem last year in my league early on. Give him a talk, see whats up, give a week to improve, if it isn't up to PAR (makes only a few moves after the talk), see yaaaaaaaa
