H2H play everyone every week

Hey guys. My league mates and I this year want to find some site or software to use that allows us to create a head to head points league where you play everyone in your league every week.

For example if it was a 10 team leauge and you were the hightest scoring team that week you would be 9-0 for that week. If you were the 2nd highest scoring team you woudl be 8-1 on down to if you were the lowest scoring that week you would be 0-9.

Any help or ideas you guys have would be much appreciated. Thanks.
