Trade Help

This is for a 14 team, H2H Points league. Not going to lie this is a weird league as far as keepers go and trading trading keepers. So I will try to explain the best I can.

The trade is:
I give: Pablo Sandoval and Clayton Kershaw
I get: Neil Walker, Jorge De La Rosa, Jose Lopez

I can keep Pablo until 2013 and Clayton Kershaw until 2015
If I do this trade I would able to keep on of the three player I get until 2015 and the second player until 2013 and the third would probably be able to keep until 2012. So probably what I would do would keep Walker until 2014, then either De La Rosa or Lopez until 2013 and the other until 2012.

Should I take this trade? I feel like this would only hurt me mainly because of Kershaw and giving him up. So, am I missing something?
