This is a 12 team Head to Head League, I've never played Fantasy Baseball before so I'm not really sure whats a good trade and whats a bad trade. Also, I dont really follow baseball all that much.
I have been offered Ryan Howard and Ryan Dempster for my Lincecum and Carpenter. Good Deal?

Not a great deal, but I like the idea. I think I'll be in the minority here, but I wouldn't have a problem trading Lincecum for Howard straight up. You need the power and have a bit of a hole at 1B, and your pitching is good. A lot of people are down on Howard this year but I'm not one of them. Age-related falling off a cliff is a few years away. He's going to hit.
