PLZ RATE MY TEAM! 1ST Year in Fantasy Baseball

This is my first Fantasy baseball league ever. I decided to join one last minute and was thinking to myself "It shouldn't be any different than football." Boy was I wrong. This is a money league also. 100/person. Another thing that I must say is that I was not able to make the online draft due to unlucky circumstances. So here is my team. I don't know if I should be worried or be satisfied with the autodraft. This is a 14 team league so i believe the star power would be limited.

Please help. I think either A-ROD or Broxton would be good trade pieces to upgrade my Starting pitching. I really dont know. any input would be nice. Thanks and sorry to the mods if i posted this in the wrong forum.

Your team looks okay for a 14 team league. pretty good pitching, nice closers and some power and speed in your lineup
