HOW CAN I WIN THIS LEAGUE MY FRIENDS!?

I am in my first year playing fantasy baseball. 12 team head to head league. I am playing against experienced people and am trying to get a read on the strategies they are taking. Here are the categories


R H HR RBI SB AVG OPS W L SV K ERA WHIP

Naturally my thinking is that there are 7 hitting categories, 6 pitching, so go after hitters. Is that a good idea? Is it better to get more starting pitchers, more releivers. 25 inning minimum per week. Do I need back ups for position players? Here is my team

If you think I should look to get rid of or trade some guys too let me know. But like I said, I am basically looking for a strategy. Thanks in advance guys!
