Auction budget asssistance needed

I've been playing FBB for a few years now and have my first auction draft this week.

I was wondering though, the auction values shown on CBS, ESPN etc, (always based on a 260 budget), what type of league are these values based on as far as no of teams and no of roster spots go. The values would seem to be pretty useless without that info.

Specifically, I was trying to figure out what I should set the budget at for a 28 player roster in a 10 team league.

The $260 amount is for 23 players in a 12 team either NL or AL, not mixed league. WIth a mixed league the salaries are lower due to supply and demand.

For ESPN, I'm pretty sure $260 is for 25-man roster, 10-team mixed league (AL and NL). I'm almost positive it isn't for 23-man rosters.
