Hm, I agree with the hitters but with pitching I'm a bit more careful.
Case in point, if you had Scott Baker tonight, I might have sat him with the packed Yankees lineup, all swinging the bat well.
Also, depends on what type of league your in, Roto have to save some IPs whereas H2H you can get away with a bad start if you had someone like Matt Cain preserve ERAs for you and you need some Ks.
