Drafted Brignac but second guessing it. He's apparently had a solid spring but was hyped by Joe Maddon more for his glove than his bat.
Castro is available and has been hot at the plate all spring. Is one clearly better than the other at this point?

Your call. I like Castro more, but being 20 years old you have to prepare for some road bumps during the year.

People don't realize how young Castro is, and despite the numbers he posted last season, isn't really all that much of a HR and SB guy...which is why I think he's due for a sophomore slump. Brignac is the safer bet here, as he's now guaranteed of playing time.

Darn it. Well it looks like theyre close and I'm taking a bit of a flyer on either. I added Castro due to all the hype and will watch Brignac closely.

Brain says Castro. Heart says Brignac.
Pushed to it: Castro

Castro is an impressive hitter. I take him.

I'd definitely take Castro here. The two guys are almost polar opposites. Castro has huge upside offensively, but is flat-out awful defensively. Brignac is very gifted at shortstop, but his hitting doesn't have nearly as much upside.
Help with mine?
