Offensively, you've assembled a solid team. You have several guys who benefit nicely from hits (Pierre, Prado, Braun, Castro) and others that get boosted by BB's, namely Fielder.
Your pitching is risky. You have mostly young, upside pitchers. If they work out, your staff will be solid. However, these guys aren't very likely to be going deep into games and helping you in CG's and ShO. All things considered, those categories usually end up being dominated by top tier starters and are a crapshoot on a week to week basis though. All CG's and ShO due is place a premium on top starters, which unfortunately you don't have too many of. Overall, you do have tremendous upside and if your pitchers pan out the staff will have no problems.
Good luck in 2011.
