Trade Question

So, I was offered a trade in my standard 5x5 roto league. We have an IP requirement of a minimum of 1,000 IP per year and a max of 1,500.

My team could use a bat (Zimmerman is my top bat) and I seem to have extra pitching, which I will list:

Brett Anderson
Trevor Cahill
Ubaldo Jimenez
Matt Cain
Jamie Garcia
Ricky Nolasco
Anibal Sanchez
Travis Wood
Jeremy Hellickson (minor league slot)

Joe Nathan
Jonathan Papelbon
Joakim Soria

So, I was offered this trade: Matt Holliday for Ubaldo Jimenez.

Like I said, I need some pop and have what seems to be an excess in pitchers. I could drop one of the lower pitchers like Nolasco but there aren't any decent bats available. So, I guess the question becomes, is the offensive gains worth the pitching losses? And, will Jimenez be able to have another solid season or was last year a fluke?

Ubaldo is your best pitcher, but you seem to have good depth of middle type SPs. Since you could use another big bat, I'd make the deal.
