Who to drop?

I want to pick up Michael Morse, as he went undrafted in my league and I know alot of people are calling for a big season from him. right now I have 1 bench player for my offense (Tishioka) and 4 pitchers (Zimmerman, Floyd, Jurrjens, C Richard). I was thinking of dropping either Jurrjens or Richard. I know that Jurrjens is hurt, and was hurt alot last year, but he has a much better offense behind him that Clayton. Do you think I should go for Morse or just leave as is? My whole team is:

I'd Grab Morse and drop Jurggens (spelling?).. You can get equal quality on the Waiver Wire later.

I'd drop Richard. He does have the benefit of pitching at Petco, but where will the run support come from?
